Burberry Fall 2010

The Burberry Prorsum show just walked in London and I thought it was amazing! Burberry is sometimes first thought for their checker patterns accessories but the label has grown be be so much more than that. Thanks to Christopher Bailey, the label's Creative Director, the design house has produced some of fashions' best hits. And he just did it again with his fall 2010 collection. It was all about the coats. Sherling jackets, biker jackets, peacoat, trimmed coats OH MY! The tailoring was absolutely beautiful. Very much flattering to a woman's body but still make her feel trendy at the same time. The pieces were timeless but an edge. Many things that I would wear again and again and again! Thigh highs came down the runway, proving boots are still the must have accessories for Fall and Winter. You can never have enough boots.
Seeing this collection made me wish for a fall... with autumn leaves, apple ochards, crisp air, barely thin branches and pumpkin colored sunsets.
